I am a 21 year old male and weigh 170. Leaving to basic at Ft Benning, GA for infantry. I heard it is scored by points in each event, but I want to know what I have to physically do in order to pass.

White sore on outside of upper lip?

There is a really painful white sore on my upper lip. It felt like a cold sore when it was coming and it still hurts like one now but it is whitish, hard, and kind of shiny instead of red and oozing like a cold sore. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

Where should we go for our next duty station?

We are Army, and my hubby is stationed in Korea and we are located at Ft Eustis. We may actually get to choose our next duty station, and I was just hoping to find out about other duty stations from people who have been there. We have a 2 year old, and a baby on the way, so we are hoping to go somewhere that has things to do that are either free or cheap, and somewhere that is not too cold or blisteringly hot. We fell in love with this area because of the weather, beaches, things to do, and friendly people. Please let me know your opinions on stations such as Fort Carson, Fort Benning, Fort Campbell, Fort Lee, Fort Stewart, Fort Hood, and any other you may have liked. We have been stationed here and at Fort Drum already. We'd rather not go back to Fort Drum. Any ideas, or warnings?

Is Columbus, Georgia safe?

I'm staying there for 5 days next month, and I've never been out of California before. I'm staying at a hotel by Columbus State University. But I'm scared to be going to another state, especially since I don't know the surrounding area or anyone there but the people i'm traveling with. I'm going to Ft. Benning for family day next month. I was wondering, what can I expect? Do I need to bring anything and how should I dress? Also, is Fort Benning and the surrounding area safe? On each of my earlobes I have a small bump above my piercing. The bumps are painless and don't ooze or anything, they are just there. I don't keloid when I scar. I did get them done by a gun at Claire's and used rubbing alcohol after the Claire's solution ran out. The bumps started showing about 5 months after I got them pierced. I really need to know what wrong with them. any advice would help

So I got my bellybutton pierced about 4 months ago and I put in a new ring recently. It really irritated my piercing so I took it out and put in the old one. If it's acid reflux, it's extraordinarily bad. Take prevacid or prilosec for a few weeks and see if that helps. If not, you're going to need some testing done to see what the deal is.

My 11 week old shih tzu puppie got stung!~ HELP?

All we ever see in our yard is wasps, so I believe that it was a wasp, could not see a stinger, it was on the side of her head , just under her ear. It swelled up about the size of a nickel...red with a white center, she did not have any reaction other than this, then the next day, it began to itch like crazy and she scratched it tell it popped and oozed and bled. I cleaned her up, applied neosporin for infection and made a little Elizabethan collar , so she could not scratch it again. (This all happened on a week end so no vets open of course, we have an emergency clinic, but it is $400 just to walk through the door, I have been there before!) So it is now Monday and the swelling has gone down a lot, and it looks a lot better, like its finally healing, do you think I should still take her to the Vet. She is very active, eating great, barking and playing as normal. Worried mommy!!!

If its just red and puffy its probably not pink eye, just irritated. Its its red and really itchy and kinda sore and oozing any kind of liquid, it could be something like pink eye and you need to see a doctor before it spreads to the other eye.

Good workout plan for someone training to be an Army Ranger?

I've got about a year to train up my body before I ship off to Basic at Ft. Benning.. I know that I should be worried about doing that first, but I'm going into this with an 11x option 40 contract, and I want to be as prepared for RASP as I can. I'm already in pretty good shape- I'm not totally out of shape so don't take this that way- Right now I'm 5'8, 135 pounds, with 10% body fat. So, any suggestions? I am in the Georgia Army National Guard and am graduating from AIT at Fort Lee, Virginia in about 2 weeks. I have been assigned to a unit at Fort Benning, GA. It is the 82nd CRC. I was wondering if anyone could tell me any information about it? My recruiter told me nothing about it and everyone I ask doesn't seem to know anything about it. I am just wanting to know their deployment status mainly (when they deploy, IF they deploy,etc...) Anyone that can give me any info, it will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I just don't understand because everything i read says all cav scouts go throught basic and ait at ft. benning, but i signed up for 19d, and i'm going to ft. benning for basic. also, does this mean I will immediately go to ft. knox after basic to do my ait?

Us army infantry OSUT?

So I am going into the army as an infantryman and going to Benning in a few months. I score 70% in the pushups and situps, but the running part is killing me. I can push myself to about a mile until I NEED to take breather. I don't run it, i jog at a quick one pace. But going into osut I'm wondering iif by the end will I pass the apft? Will other people be as bad as me? Or will I be left way behind during the first runs? Please serious answers only, thank you very much.

They told him he might have to take a 30 day leave then come back, the Drill Sgt's will have to talk and decided then if he will have to start back at week 1 or week 4. trust me dont touch it or anything, take a jug and fill it up with water and put it in the freezer for 30, dip your face in it as long as you can bare, the put a wash clothe in a pot of water that is just about to boil. take the wash cloth out and dont put on you face until its cool enouh beacause it wil be hot, put it on you face until it gets cold. then take the water ( that should be boiling ) and put it in a bowl, steam your face or 5 minutes the relax, for 10 min and dip yoour face in the cold water a gain an let you fface realax dont touch it!

I feel like am going crazy!!!!?

to make a long story shorttt. last week on thursday i felt this weird sensation kind of like goosebump feeling on the right side of my head. i felt it twice then in a matter of minutes the right side of my face underneath my eyes my cheek felt tingly. my right ear was hot and red. then couple of hours later my neck and throat started to feel tingly and so did my right arm. i went to the doc the next day explained what happened and she thinks its stress and tension because ive also been having minor random pain on the left side of my head. that comes and goes. this past weekend i couldnt eat anything because i felt nervous all day. i would cry randomly especially when i would think of my husband because hes training at fort benning for the army. ive been feeling nervous these past few days because i dont know what is going on with me. the doc had my blood drawn and am waiting on results. today i started feeling this weird funny sensation all over my body. my face my head my arms my legs my fingers my shoulders my armpits including my eyes! my lips started to feel this sensation and then it started to burn. my legs have been feeling funny like when you get nervous. and now this sensation is startin to burn on my arms and shoulders and its getting itchy! my sister in law thinks i have anxiety. when i explained to the doctor the second time i saw her when i went to get my blood drawn i explained that i was feeling nervous and that i was crying she told me to call a psychiatrist because i may have anxiety! i only get a peace of mind when im going to sleep i wake up and start thinking about what could possibly be wrong wit me and my body starts feeling this funny tingly sensation that now burns! what is going on!?! am really freaking out!!! help please!!

Im really scared please help me! Is my lobe infected?

5 years ago i had my ears pierced and they got infected not i got them pierced again. It has been 6 weeks. I changed my earrings, the first time i had no problem. At night I had to change back into my studs so I took out my earring, But i couldnt find the back of the hole!! So I wiggled my earring back and forth for at least 10 minutes and my lobe started getting irritated so I had to put it in backwards (which worked). While I was trying to get my earring in it was oozing a clear liquid as well as some blood (i think)( i was too panicked to notice) and now im reallly scared!!! Will it get infected again? This was an awesome match. One of the best id say we've seen in the a long time! I think the best aspect was the crowd involvement (FOR ONCE)... not that its the crowds fault that the wwe sucks. Tonsil/ infection issue!!!?

Tonsillitis/ infection help? I have had multiple sinus infections lately which keep getting passed between me and my two year old son. The drs always tell me its virul until it gets so bad I have to go back for antibiotics finally I had a sinus infection recently that got so bad before they believed it was an infection. The antibiotics seemed to help but my tonsils started playing up whilst on them and my son caught tonsillitis. Not long after finishing the antibiotics I came down with tonsillitis and had a severe case of body inflammation which left my legs dead arms numb and pins/ needles, my skin burning and agony in every joint and muscles and could barely move I went to the Dr but he refused more antibiotics even though the last lot obviously failed and told me he had no idea why my body got so inflamed but was worse for the infections I had been . He refused antibiotics and gave me naproxen and told Mr to wait two weeks to see if it clears up but now my tonsils are huge, oozing pus and I'm producing my tonsils are huge, oozing pus and I'm producing orange mucus... Should I go back? I feel they wil get annoyed o if I do. Do they sound incompetent?

You still be able to get out of the Army contract; but I'd suggest you to talk with a Navy Recruiter before you go through with it. You need to be eligible and qualified before you can get a Navy EOD Challenge Contract, and I don't know how the Navy EOD's Interview Board would feel about this (getting out of Army contract).

What are the chances of getting a convalescent 30 day leave from ARMY basic training?

My husband is currently @ Ft. Benning, GA doing his 14-week OSUT. He just called me tonight to let me know that he got the results of his bone scan he had Wednesday he has two stress fractures one in his right knee and the other in his right thigh. He said he wont be able to do any training for 30 days, and then 1-3 months of physical therapy, and that he will either get a 30 CONV. leave or they will find busy work for him to do for the 30 days. The DR. recommend he go home that he would not get the rest he needed there. He is waiting for it to be reviewed, do the SGT's (or who ever reviews it) take that into any consideration?

hello, ok so 3days ago i noticed a couple small bumps on my labia majora kindof in the crease between thigh and vagina, they arent blisters just raised skin they have a tiny pinpoint pit in the middle not oozing or anything like that. they kindof hurt no more then an ingrown hair so nothing serious i do shave and the hair is just starting to grow back so it usually gets a little itchy..its also been hot here and i was wearing shorts that rubbed the area...anyways obviously i just want someone anyone to tell me this is not herpes!! they look like ingrown hairs and there is like 5 of them theyre not discolored kindof look like pimples and theyre not clustered together like pictures of herpes are anyway please tell me it could be heat rash razor burn or just something unexplainable thanks. Well, blood in general is high in iron, if I recall. However, the only type of 'cooked' blood product that I know people eat is blood sausage, and that is by European cultures, such as German, Italian, and English people. I do not know of any religions that discourage eating blood products. On a more personal note, I can not eat it because I know what black pudding is made of, and it does not appeal at all, but most of my friends are Scottish, and they enjoy it.

Keep Cleaning it. I recommend using neosporin on it and avoid using anything containing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide as this will dry out the piercing and cause even more irritation. I would also keep the cleaning down to around 2 times a day because 3 could cause irritation. Also, don't touch the earring or move it around only when cleaning it.

Why do I have scarring on my fingers?

It's hard for me to remember but I used to bite the skin around my fingernails; not a lot though. Ever since, on a couple of my fingers it looks as if someone had dropped acid on my fingernails. I have been traveling for the past 9 months - currently in Nepal - and within the past month I have had outbreaks on my buttocks and inner thighs of red dots. I don't think they are bed bugs as I have seen what bed bugs look like and have experienced them before. They look like pimples and do not itch for the most part. If it's hot outside and sweat gets on them they get even more irritated and itch a little but that's all. I had sex two months ago and the guy said he didn't have an STD but I'm freaking out now. The outbreaks usually occur after shaving but that is not always the case. They bumps are not oozing anything out they just look like red dots in a cluster. Help! Worried sick about my baby?

My daughter is 9 and a half months old and has always had extremely sensitive skin. Terrible eczema, cradle cap and random rashes. After using California Baby calendula cream her eczema is under control, however for through longest time her nipples have been a persistently effected area. As soon as she her nipples are exposed she starts itching and grabbing them instantly. (I even have to cover them with a wash cloth whenever I bathe her) They are always either peeling, bleeding, or has pus/liquid oozing from them. The pediatrician has prescribed hydrocortizone and an anti-fungal cream and neither have made a difference. He now prescribed an ointment to treat staph infections and MRSA. I am terrified at the possibility of MRSA. She is never in a daycare or hospital, and I stay at home with her. I don't know how she could have caught MRSA if that's what it is. I am supposed to call back in 10 days after using the cream if there is no improvement to be referred to a dermatologist. Does anyone have experience in this situation? I can't stop thinking about it and I'm so worried. Any input would be appreciated. Sorry its so long and if there are errors, I'm on my cellphone.

My whole toe nail is falling off!?!?

So, i noticed my softball cleats were getting small on me. I kept telling myself I would get new ones but before I knew it the season was over. I noticed during the season that toe started hurting and then my big toe nail become bruised. I knew it was because of the shoes. Then it started oozing brown stuff (it looked like blood, sorry don't mean to gross anyone out) After that it turned greenish. It started becoming detached slowly. Today it is almost completely off. The New Army OCS and moving to Benning?

my DH (active duty) was just selected at his local board for OCS. I think his class will start next summer. I know there are a lot of changes made to OCS that either have just started or are just about to start. My kids and I would like to move to Benning to be near him (he's currently deployed and will JUST be getting back when his class is supposed to start) We are currently stationed in Hawaii so I don't know if they will PCS us because we are OCONUS. I am staying in Florida during the deployment which isn't far from Benning so I would be willing to move us up there....but I'm reading that they don't get passes anymore? Is it worth it? We will have been apart sooo long already I can't stand the thought of being apart that much longer, even if we only see him at church on Sunday. Advice?

Sun Poisoning questions?

I caught lyme's disease about 3 weeks ago (I'm off the medication as of sunday) and the medication I took said to stay out of the sun. During field day, my hands started to tingle so I went back inside. The tingling went away, but I was severely burned all over arms,face, and especially my hands and knuckles. The burns were so severe on my hands and knuckles that they're still here, although they have been enhanced with further exposure to the sun. They are now very itchy and I have small bumps in patches on my right hand below my 3rd index finger knuckle. I have scratched myself raw in 2 places on my fingers, but they are healing. Switching recruiters on army DEP?

Ok so I started the enlistement process back in like november 2010 in a town about 100 miles outside of phoenix with a recruiter there.. finally got through meps and finished my contract and swore in in late feb. Shipping august 29 ft benning. Since then, over three months ago, my recruiter has not contacted me once. And when I try to get ahold of him he never answers or returns my calls.. and I now live in phoenix and am too far to just pop into his office. So basically im woundering if while on DEP can I just go to an office down here to get help from a recruiter who is actually doing his job correctly.. I don't mean to bi*ch and moan but it'd be nice to have an idea of what the fu*k is going on.. thanks

Spongy growth in rectum, worries?

Was taking a shower, washing my backside. Found a spongy growth just inside of my rectum. Was able to easily remove (with just fingers, not allot of pulling), but caused a vein-like bleed (slow oozing). Tried WebMD, and most common issue related was hemorrhoids, but was small chance of rectal cancer. Should I be worried?

Ok, so earlier in the week I woke up one noting and relized my tailbone kinda hurt. Didn't think anything of it till the otherday it was still sore when hangingout with friends and kinda bothered me when I sat and eventually seen that it turned into a growth. Got on Google and looked up it up and came up with a Pilonidal Cyst. But mine doesn't really look like the ones in the pick and so I read on and decided to pop it at the white head and when I popped it the skin got red and irritated. Mine is just kinda like a big sore swollen pimple above my butt. I read on but could not find anything on treatment to heal it myself. To save money, I'm pretty tight on that right now. When it was popped it smelled ungodly bad. But now after day two prior to popping it, it doesn't smell and the puss is a light snot color and not dark greenish anymore and doesn't smell. Also doesn't ooze nearly as much or easy. Really only oozes if you force it too with pressure. What is there to do about the swelling? Any suggestions? I was told if I put anti-biotic ointment on it, that should help. Is that ok?

Help I have a hole in my leg where flesh is missing!?

I woke up one morning and noticed I had a large bump on my left leg which was tender and slightly red. After a day or two i realized that the bump was warm and becoming even more sensitive. I tried to look for a bite or something but did not find a thing. I later decided to poke a hole (should not have done) to see what would come out and found a little bit of pus came out. As days go by i notices the bump is getting flatter but is getting wider and the area is still slightly red. The area continues to ooze a pus like matter and blood. I go to the doctor after 6 days and he says its a bite, but i never felt a thing and saw no mark or anything. He prescribe antibiotics. However a day after (today) i notice the hole is a lot larger that it started out and flesh is pushings its way out to the point where i now have a small but ugly hole in my leg. Im freaked out. Will the hole ever fill in? And could it be something else other that a bug bite?

Question about Army OSUT?

You don't have two graduations. If I remember correctly you get a 36 hour pass when you hit where your BCT grad. should be. But there is no ceremony. I'm not 100% sure about that one though. When you do graduate OSUT you def. get a ceremony and a 36 hr. pass. It's called the Turning Blue ceremony, and you get your blue cords. After you graduate you have a certain amount of time to get to your next duty station. Now, if you're going Airborne, you go right from graduation to Airborne School, and you can get a pass for the weekend if you want. You can't leave during AB school, but it's pretty much a done at 1700 schedule for the first two weeks. And then your free after that. And unless you get 3rd ID, then you will not be stationed at Ft. Benning. If I correctly remember anything else I'll be sure to edit this answer.

so i had my piercing done about 2 months ago and recently my shirt tugged on it quite a bit, it was in ALOT of pain and all of a sudden it started oozing a little bit more and my hole stretched a little bit, and this morning i woke up i had blood around my hole and was still bleeding but i cleaned it up! Use your cleaning solution on it right away be very thorough with it. Make sure you leave it alone. Sometimes piercings become inflamed when you aggravate them. Which would lead it to heat up. How do I make a proper American style beef burger?

The tastiest way to cook burgers is on the BBQ, but pan frying works well too. For each burger, use 6-8 oz. of ground beef. The best burgers do contain some fat, so try to purchase chopped/minced beef that is 75-80% lean. I wouldn't worry about it. I joined the Navy straight out of high school. I enjoyed hanging out with my friends when I was home on leave. I found that I was more "popular" when I was home. My friends were doing the same thing we did in high school. They were excited to hear about all the places I had been and the things that I got to do. Depending on what your job is in the Army, you will probably enjoy the break from the stress.

Is my nose piercing infected?

I got my nose pierced a little over a week ago.. My husband is a 25B, also signal and he went to Benning for basic and Gordon for AIT. Its quite normal for more than just infantry to go to Benning for basic because it is one of the biggest bases around.

How to treat sunburned face?

It's pretty bad lol. This is the third day I've had it. The day I got it my face was really red, but these last two days it was more of a brownish-reddish. The last two nights I've had this weird... liquid stuff oozing from my sunburned face (sorry, I know that's pretty gross). I did not include airborne school in my contract but am almost sure I can volunteer in basics from what I hear from other Active duty soldiers. I think that my dad abuses our family dog?

so me and my dad have been arguing over this pretty much every time it comes up. For example today, the dog jumps up on the table and eats 2 raw hamburgers. My dad then runs over to him after I get him off of the counter, take his body (he is a golden retreiver btw) slap is butt so that it makes a hard sound, during this my dog is starting to try to get away then throws him outside and down the stairs (which is about 4 steps steep). Killing pain after getting tooth pulled?

I had to get two teeth pulled raw yesterday and the pain was excrutiating. Apparently I couldn't get novacaine shots because I react badly to them, so i'm on 2 800mg ibuprofen but they aren't helping whatsoever and my two missing teeth are still killing me. My boyfriend has been gone for 2 and a half weeks in basic training at ft. benning in georgia. I'm having a really hard time dealing with it so far. I don't act all upset and weak in front of family or friends but behind closed doors, I'm a mess most of the time. This past week, I can barely sleep or eat and I can't focus on anything at all for very long at all. My thoughts keep wandering to him. I really need to figure out how to relax and be better while he is away. I need to sleep and eat and stuff but for some reason I just can't. Can someone in the same situation (a woman with a husband or boyfriend in the military preferably) help me out and give me some advice on how to deal with him being gone and how to not be so stressed out and be able to sleep and eat? As a flooring installer I can say that if the carpet pad and underlayment was saturated it could easily wick back up through the carpet and cleaning the carpet would only be a temporary solution, the pad and subfloor probably need to be replaced. If ghosts exist as energy or light they should have no odor. Smells are created by actual minute airborne particles, and how could light or energy emit aromatic chemical compounds?

Pain around belly button area?

It started out with one day me noticing oozing or puss (yellow & white) coming from inside my belly button (deep inside) my belly button isn't pierced or anything, and it was coming from deep inside. I kept it clean with hydrogen peroxide and it hasn't been infected of oozing ever since. Now it hurts inside my stomach around the belly button area. It hurts when laying down, when bending down, walking etc. I also feel sick for hours if I eat a medium-large proportioned food amount now. What could this be?

Infected mosquito bite?

Three days ago, I noticed what appeared to be a mosquito bite on my upper right arm. I am usually not concerned with bug bites, but I am 5 months pregnant and have never had one like this. I didn't feel it when it happened on day one, but by the evening it was warm to the touch and I could feel the "base" of it was large under my skin and firm. It's not like the other mosquito bites that are soft and just a small pin point like bump. Also, I noticed by day two it was (sorry) oozing yellow liquid. This is the third morning and I'm growing concerned because its still oozing, still firm feeling, and a tiny "crater" like hole has formed in its center. It does not hurt, only itch and is not poison ivy because I'm very very familiar with those blisters. I also just realized I"ve had periods of sickness and loss of appetite these three days, but I'm not sure if that a symptom of pregnancy or related to the bite. I've not run fever and it hasn't turned blue or any other intimidating colors. Should I visit a doctor or let it run its course? My cousin recently had a minor staph infection on her skin, but hers looked differently than mine. Should I be more concerned of staph?

Ear gauge and pus problem?

Straight to the point: my dumb *** got excited with getting to a 6g after about a month of being at 8g. my ears got swollen for a few weeks after that and were oozing pus like crazy. So the 8's are back in. I did some sea salt soaks (still am) and the swelling has gone down to the point where it seems like my ears are back to normal, BUT they're still oozing pus a bit..should I be really worried?

i leave for basic june 12, 2012 (fort benning 11x) im a DEP. i was just wondering if you can be sent to the 101st right out of basic training. Navel ring piercing bleeding! help please?

so i had my piercing done about 2 months ago and recently my shirt tugged on it quite a bit, it was in ALOT of pain and all of a sudden it started oozing a little bit more and my hole stretched a little bit, and this morning i woke up i had blood around my hole and was still bleeding but i cleaned it up! Please Help Me. I'm So Worried :(?

I'm going to the doctors on the first of July to get tested for an STD because for the past 2 months or so, I've been getting a lot of discharge that hasn't gone away even though I've been using Vagisil. Now, I'm even more worried because I just looked at my vagina and I noticed a small blister/bump located on my left outer labia, up near my clitoris. I had noticed when I shower and I would clean down there, it would sting just in that one spot, but not at any other time...only in the shower. It's quite small, barely noticeable. I looked up pics of herpes and this bump or w.e it is looks NOTHING like those pics. It's not huge, oozing liquid or anything...it just stings when I shower. Could this be herpes? :( The last person I slept with was my ex bf back in March and from what I saw he had no herpes...but I believed he passed on a STD to me. Please help me. I'm freaking out.

How do I get rid of Oral Herpes?!??!!?!?

Ok, so I 1st got oral herpes last Christmas and it has been coming back every to months and as it happens I have it right now. I went to the doctors and they gave me Valtrex. I had a severe allergic reaction to it. So I was taken off of it and was given abreva which doesn't work worth crap. The doctor told me there is only one other thing but, it is like a sister to Valtrex and it has 80% of the same ingredients and there is no way that I'm taking that because I don't want another bad reaction. So I'm screwed. I tried hot and cold compresses and pounded the vitamin C to me. It still won't leave it's been at least a good few weeks. I'm getting very ticked off. I only get a few hours of sleep because of it's oozing and gross crust I feel on my face. To make it even better it has spread from my lips to above the lip on my chin and developing on my cheek. I wash my hands about 1,000 times a day. NEED HELP PLEASE!

Hypothetical military stationing questions?

I'll try to answer this with some common sense.Where a unit's home base is really has no bearing on combat losses. It is where they end up in a combat zone, or happen upon in a combat zone, that causes losses. One day it could be the 3rd getting beat up, tomorrow it will be the 2nd. The enemy doesn't go after you because those guys are from the 3rd Bn, lets shoot more of them today. Now it could be rotations but look, take the weather into account if you will but if you think your chances of survival are greater or less in one unit over the other that is a roll of the dice. The 3rd Bn got beat up this time, who is to say when you get to the 2nd they aren't gearing up to head straight for the same grid zone the 3rd just left? My whole company spent four months in one area, our replacement company lost four guys in the first week after we left, you just never know and it had nothing to do with "they were from Carson and we were from Stewart." Pick the family and weather thing that suits you best and hope for the best when you land in Afghanistan.

Ideas on what to feed my 1 yr old for lunch?

okay so he is 14 months old. and he has a very very picky 3 year old big brother. he and his brother eat really good for me for breakfast, and he's easy to feed for dinner because he normally eats what we eat. but i normally don't sit down and eat lunch with them, my 3 year old only has certain foods that he will eat for lunch, and i don't want my 1 year old being picky like that. and i don't want to feed him the same things every single day.. so far what i do feed him is things like, halves of ham/ turkey sandwiches, he loves grilled cheeses, chicken nuggets, all sorts of vegetables but so far i am scared to feed him raw veggies as he doesn't have all of his teeth yet, he loves fruit and i try to mix that up, he loves yogurt, but he gets fruit and yogurt some times for breakfast along with his cereal or whatever..... i thought i would ask you guys about what you feed your little ones for lunch every single day? he has also gotten in to this phase where he thinks its funny to toss his food over the side of the highchair and so more is ending up in the floor and then in the trash then is ending up in his tummy.. i just want to try and fix stuff that i know he will love to eat. he's a great eater and i want to continue to build on that, but i am afraid if i feed him what the 3 year old eats all of the time he will also grow to be picky.. thanks..
