OMG HUGE LUMP ON MY HELIX PIERCING! HELP ASAP?

OMG so it has bee exactly 9 weeks since I got My helix pierced and I was told that the jewelry could be changed after 8 weeks. SO.. about an hour I took out the original piercing earring and low and behold what could I see?. Well I was greeted by a HUGE BUMP!!!!. There was never any oozing !!!. Only when I try to clean it, it is sore to touch. And that is sometimes.. other time I don't even feel it!!! SO SOME ONE PLZ HELP ME THIS LUMP IS HARD AND HUGE AND I'M REALLY SCARED plz tell me what you think it is and what are some remedies to help with this problem!
