What is required to pass the Army BCT APFT?

I am a 21 year old male and weigh 170. Leaving to basic at Ft Benning, GA for infantry. I heard it is scored by points in each event, but I want to know what I have to physically do in order to pass.

White sore on outside of upper lip?

There is a really painful white sore on my upper lip. It felt like a cold sore when it was coming and it still hurts like one now but it is whitish, hard, and kind of shiny instead of red and oozing like a cold sore. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

Rock is right. WWE is a business and those who sell are booked to be in the main event. Rock & Cena makes the money needed to keep this company going. Dont get mad at The Rock because he is just doing his job and following his script. Everybody loved the Rock/Cena interaction this year. Then when the match was made, they didn't give two looks at it as Rock shouldn't be in the ME and other guys should. Now when Punk says something, now Rock shouldn't be in the match. Im a Punk fan but come on. This is common sense. Its not Rocks fault the booking isn't doing a good enough job of handling things better.

How do i know when my poison ivy is gone?

I had a little poison ivy on my forearm, started about last week today. It stopped itching and oozing about 3-4 days ago. And now it just looks like its drying up and there's some dead skin. Is it gone? Should i wait? Or what

How long does it take for raw skin to heal?

I have raw/red skin on several spots on my face. It really stands out and I was just wondering how long would it take for the color of the raw skin to change to match the rest of my face. Thanks

I leave for basic training in 2 weeks army?

im going to fort benning for basic,i dont really run alot or not at all,,how do i start preparing myself basic,,i have 2 weeks till i leave,if i start running now will i be ready in time

Where should we go for our next duty station?

We are Army, and my hubby is stationed in Korea and we are located at Ft Eustis. We may actually get to choose our next duty station, and I was just hoping to find out about other duty stations from people who have been there. We have a 2 year old, and a baby on the way, so we are hoping to go somewhere that has things to do that are either free or cheap, and somewhere that is not too cold or blisteringly hot. We fell in love with this area because of the weather, beaches, things to do, and friendly people. Please let me know your opinions on stations such as Fort Carson, Fort Benning, Fort Campbell, Fort Lee, Fort Stewart, Fort Hood, and any other you may have liked. We have been stationed here and at Fort Drum already. We'd rather not go back to Fort Drum. Any ideas, or warnings?
