Need help with problems down below. can someone help?

Ive had these small bumps on the lower sides of my shaft and on my genitals. I have had them scene i can remember like when i was around 12. There not large or oozing or anything. Its just small pumps. I tryed looking to see if anyone else had this but cant seem to find anything. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
