Mass under nipple with clear liquid discharge puberty (boy)?

My son is 13 YO and just recently noticed a mass under one of his nipples. We went to his Ped. and he said it was normal for boys going through puberty. This was yesterday when all it was was a painless mass; however today it oozes a clear sticky liquid when its squeezed and it's sensitive to touch. Should we be concerned
